🎉 Beta Launch: PA & MD Searchable
Search reconstructed IEPs from due process cases in Pennsylvania (from 2022-2024) and Maryland (from 2015-2024)

🚀 New Jersey Added
We added over 120 reconstructed IEPs from New Jersey.
The library now contains 450+ reconstructed IEPs across three states (PA, MD, NJ).

🚀 Washington State Complaints
Washington’s new policy will erase hundreds of special education complaint decisions from public access after six years. Read more in this news article from the Seattle Times. We’re preserving these cases for families and advocates—launching Fall 2025.
